You must be 18 or older to buy from Blue Key CBD. By placing an order you confirm your age and that hemp-derived products are legal where you live.

Products are not for use by children, or by anyone who is pregnant or nursing. Talk to your healthcare provider before use, especially if you take prescription medication.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when the order ships. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, pricing errors, or stock issues, and we refund in full when we do.

Order confirmations and tracking are emailed to the address you provide. Please check that it is correct before checking out.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. Applicable sales tax and shipping are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

Payment is processed by our payment provider on a secure hosted checkout. We do not store full card numbers.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honor the error.

Some products and pricing are restricted to approved Wholesale, Clinic, or Retail groups. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Approval for a restricted group can be revoked if the account details are inaccurate or the terms are misused.

Applications from providers, clinics, and retailers are reviewed through the provider center.

Blue Key CBD sells hemp-derived products containing no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight, consistent with federal law and Missouri regulations.

We warrant that products arrive as described and unexpired. That is the only warranty we make; all other warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are handled in the state or federal courts located in Greene County, Missouri.

Before filing anything, email support@bluekeycbd.com. Almost every issue we have seen is resolved directly and quickly.

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The effective date is shown at the top of this page.
