CBD & Sleep

Cannabinoids may help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer — especially when paired with consistent sleep habits.

Cannabinoids commonly used for sleep

  • CBD — supports relaxation and may reduce nighttime anxiety
  • CBN — often marketed for sleep, though evidence is still limited
  • Low-dose THC — may shorten time-to-sleep for some users

Timing matters

Take tinctures 45–60 minutes before bedtime; edibles and capsules 90–120 minutes before. Consistency over one to two weeks tends to produce better results than a single dose.

Foundations first

Even the best formula won't outperform a dark room, a consistent bedtime, limited late-day caffeine, and a screen-free wind-down.
