Never give pets human THC products
THC is toxic to dogs and cats, and many human edibles contain xylitol or chocolate, which are also toxic. Use pet-formulated products only.

Dosing guideline
A reasonable starting range is 0.1–0.25 mg of CBD per pound of body weight, once or twice daily. Start low, watch for changes over a week, and adjust with your veterinarian.
